Sansaire makes perfect sous vide cooking easy. The Sansaire app provides sous vide times and temperatures at your fingertips for your preferred doneness. The recipe section provides a broad variety of cooking ideas from fast, simple sous vide recipes to more complex options that will impress your dinner guests. The recipe filter options allow you to navigate to the foods you want. The Sansaire team continues to create new recipes and test customer recipes to include on the app. You ll continue to find new culinary ideas to try at home. The Sansaire app will also be the companion of Sansaire Delta that launched on Kickstarter in August 2016 and ships in early 2017. We designed simple set-up directly on the device, through this companion app, or a combination of both - whichever you are more comfortable with. To use the app for device set-up, simply select the food and doneness you want or a recipe and click Send to Sansaire to set your Sansaire device temperature and timer.
